SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details and shipment updates.
Once Items are ready for delivery, you will receive a fulfillment email. Within the next 2 days, our courier partners will reach out to confirm your delivery date, address etc.
Standard Shipping (Home Delivery)
We process orders Monday-Friday during working hours from 9AM to 6PM (excluding holidays). We deliver everyday except Sundays and holidays.
Delivery time for domestic orders is up to 5 working days. For Standard Shipping provided the address is duly completed.
Our Carrier will contact you 3 times in 1 or 2 consecutive working days to verify the address and agree on delivery time. If call is not answered, then your order will be cancelled and returned back to our premises.
Our Shipping Courier delivers in Cyprus but to specific zones.
