ECOM EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
You may exchange/return Online purchases within 7 days from your delivery date. Items should be in the original unused condition and unopened packaging, Unless there is a manufacturer defection.
Ecom Return Policy:
• Ecom purchases can be RETURNED online only
• Return requests can be submitted through the following Return Form
• You may return within 7 days from the date of delivery
• Items must be in original packaging
• Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return
• Return is not applicable on heavy equipment that have been assembled (Treadmill, Elliptical, Bike, Home Gym, Trampoline, Jacuzzi, etc), as well as underwear, swimwear, socks, and fragrance
• Once return is in our premises, we will send you an E-gift card with the amount of your purchase
• Return Requests can take up to 9 working days until we receive the item in our warehouse then a gift card will be issued and sent by email.
• E-gift card can only be used online
Ecom Exchange policy:
• You can only exchange an online purchase in one of our Mike Sport branches
• You may exchange your items within 7 days from the date of delivery
• Ecom receipt must be presented physically
• Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange
• Prices are disregarded when exchanging by size
• Gift or cash vouchers are not permitted – so you will have to exchange with the same amount or a higher one
• Items will be calculated at the on-spot price.
Ex: if item is bought for 100,000lbp, and the price when exchanging becomes 120,000lbp. You will be credited the amount of 120,000lbp
• Online Exclusive items purchased online cannot be returned in-stores
Gift cards and returns
For returns, we offer an E-gift card with an expiry date of 1 year. E-gift cards can only be used Online.
If the product purchased was delivered defected, we will offer you a full cash refund or we can issue an e-gift card.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If the shipment is a result of wrong order delivery, we will do our best to find your missing item or suggest an alternative.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge if within 2 hours from purchase time.
If you wish to cancel after 2 hours, you will be charged of the shipping fees.
Shipping Fees Rate Applied on Cancellation:
Heavy Equipment from 17 Kg to 200 Kg : 50,000 LBP ( this fee is only applied if the customer cancelled his order after 2 hours)
Please note our shipping fees for heavy equipment is free however if you wish to cancel your order after 2 hours, the shipping fees above for heavy equipment will be applied.

We do not offer exchange/return for orders outside of Lebanon.
